Roof Hugger – Model C
- This part fits most, but not all, R profiles; Customer should confirm fit
- Fasteners are ordered separately; 1 /4″-14 Tek 3 is typical
- Length – 10′-0″
Roof Hugger – Model D
- Height 4.5″, Base 1.25″, Top 2″, Length 10″
- Fits over existing trapezoidal panels with low clips
- This part fits most, but not all, trapezoidal profiles; Customer should confirm fit
Fasteners are ordered separately; 1 /4″-14 Tek 3 is typical
Roof Hugger – Model T
- Height 4.5″, Base 1.50″, Top 2″, Length 10″
- Fits over existing trapezoidal panels with high clips
- This part fits most, but not all, trapezoidal profiles; Customer should confirm fit
- Special fasteners required to attach Hugger to existing purlin; #17 fasteners also required at the Hugger “arms” to attach to side of trapezoids
- Confirm that eave does not have thermal blocks or standoff clips
Roof Hugger – Vertical Rib
- Specify existing panel width; verify existing panel rib height is no more than 2″
- Fasteners are ordered separately; 1/4″-14 Tek 3 is typical
- For Vertical Rib panels with high clips, please inquire
- Existing panel width options: 12″, 16″, and 18″
