Roof Hugger – Model D
Height 4.5″, Base 1.25″, Top 2″, Length 10′ Fits over existing trapezoidal panels with low clips.
Notes:
This part fits most, but not all, trapezoidal profiles. Customer should confirm fit
Fasteners are ordered separately. 1 /4″-14 Tek 3 is typical
Roof Hugger – Model T
Height 4.5″, Base 1.50″, Top 2″, Length 10′ Fits over existing trapezoidal panels with high clips.
Notes:
This part fits most, but not all, trapezoidal profiles. Customer should confirm fit
Special fasteners required to attach Hugger to existing purlin. #17 fasteners also required at the Hugger “arms” to attach to side of trapezoids
Confirm that eave does not have thermal blocks or standoff cli
Roof Hugger – Vertical Rib
Note:
- Roof Hugger length 10′-0″
- Existing Panel Width – 12′, 16″ and 18″
Notes:
Specify existing panel width. Verify existing panel rib height is no more than 2″
